The St. Louis Children’s Choirs (SLCC) Artistic Director Dr. Alyson Moore and Executive Director Ben Nordstrom talk about upcoming events and opportunities with host Kathy Lawton Brown. First, Dr. Moore talks about how The SLCC Singers and Community will travel to New York City to perform at Carnegie Hall on June 15, 2025. Then, Ben Nordstrom talks about the 12 SLCC singers who will be featured in Opera Theatre of Saint Louis’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”, conducted by Leonard Slatkin.

Ben and Alyson highlight the benefits that come with joining SLCC. Placement interviews are ongoing throughout the year, but during the summer there will be two dates per month when families can drop in to meet with concert choir ambassadors. Learn more at slccsing.org.
