Kathy Lawton Brown talks with IN UNISON Chorus Director Kevin McBeth about “Remembering Dr. Robert Ray: A Community Celebration” that takes place May 1 at 7pm. Kevin shares some favorite memories of Dr. Ray, the founder of the IN UNISON Chorus, and tells listeners about the incredible tribute concert that will feature himself and guest conductor Dr. Brandon Boyd leading the IN UNISON Chorus, St. Louis Symphony Orchestra musicians, and more than 200 tribute singers from across St. Louis, including IN UNISON Chorus alumni, The Legend Singers, The UMSL Community Choir, and the choirs of Manchester United Methodist Church and Webster Groves Presbyterian Church.
