Pi Day Black & Blue Pie

Julie Schuster's favorite pie recipe from Cuisine Magazine (August 2007 issue). Julie says: "I usually use less about 1/4 c less sugar than the recipe calls for when I make this pie. Most importantly, don't forget to invite me over for a slice!"
